Greetings!

As this time of year becomes more and more hectic due to upcoming holidays and holiday events, I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you to all of you for showing an interest in the information I have to share and for sending me the wonderful feedback as you read each newsletter.

The information contained in my monthly column is inspired by clients, family events, newfound knowledge due to the many opportunities afforded me each month by the many mental health circles in which I participate, as well as things I have learned by being on this earth for 48 years, raising two wonderful daughters and having been married for almost 24 years.

This holiday season also brings sadness to some of those around us due to family members who have passed away since the last set of holidays or those who have changed their marital status in the last year and find themselves in a new stage of life.  There are those who have relocated to an unfamiliar place who may be lonely or need a friend. Some individuals have been battling an illness that finds them with little strength to be able to celebrate like they used to.  If you know of anyone experiencing these issues, please reach out to them to be sure they are supported and not alone.

Just knowing you have one friend who cares enough to check on you could mean the world to someone.  Not everyone is courageous enough to reach out when they need assistance.  Not everyone shows their emotions or their concerns on their sleeves for others to see.  Think of those you love and cherish and consider reaching out to them to be sure they are equipped to approach these holidays with a positive spirit and a sense of joy.

I wish you well and may you be able to celebrate this upcoming holiday season with laughter and excitement and surrounded by those you love.

Please forward this information on to someone you know who may benefit from it's content.

Be sure to look at the upcoming holiday season

From the Positive Perspective....

Sincerely,
