what I do

Greetings!

When you sense that your car is not working properly, do you wait for it to break down completely before taking it in to be serviced?  When you are not feeling well, do you wait until you are bedridden to take some action in the form of medicine or extra rest?  Hopefully not, and as soon as you become aware that something is not right, you take action to help prevent the situation from becoming worse.

Counseling works the same way.  It is not just for those in crisis but for those who feel that something is wrong in their relationship or simply not the way they want it to be; they have tried to fix the problem and life is still not satisfactory.

I see many clients on an "as needed" basis.  Consider the thoughts listed below and if you fall into any of these categories, give me a call and let me help you make life more of what you want it to be. You are worth the effort !!!

Enjoy the information below and as always, please pass it on to anyone you believe may benefit from its content.

Sincerely,

Positive Perspective.......

Thought:  I am good at my job. I am labeled as "successful" by others but I am still not happy.

Thought: I have just had a major life change and I am overwhelmed as to how to manage my situation.

Thought: My friends think they know me but there is something deep inside that I want to let out but am afraid to reveal, for fear that they may not continue to like me.

Thought:  I am about to get married.  What can I do to give myself and my partner the best possible odds at a successful marriage?

Thought:  I feel alone.  I put up a good front but I am not sure what I want out of life.

Thought:  My family has just had some life-altering news revealed and we don't know how to handle it.

Thought:  I have just recently been divorced or my spouse has passed on.  I don't know how to redefine my life.

Thought:  Everyone always comes to me for advice.  Who can I talk to when I need some advice?

Thought: My relationship with my partner is not what I want it to be.  I don't think anyone has gone outside the agreement of our relationship but I want to do something before it gets to that point.

Thought:  I want to be able to communicate better with my spouse but I don't know how to start.

Thought:  I have two wonderful children from my first marriage.  I have just married a wonderful person who also has a child.  How do we make the family dynamics work so we become a successful blended family?

Thought:  I just need to vent to someone !!!!

If you fit into any of these categories and are unsure how to proceed, please seek assistance before it is too late.  If it were your best friend experiencing a challenge, wouldn't you want to help them?  You are worth the same consideration.

Thank you for looking at the counseling option

From The Positive Perspective....

Stay well.
