Robert J. Valentin's Blue Ocean Swimming  program is always fun and challenging. 

He keeps it fun, by keeping the class moving, the skills changing, and by incorporating a little "controlled chaos" to keep it interesting. 

He makes it challenging, by introducing drills and exercises that require concentration, balance and a little strength.

Splashers
The Splashers group is primarily designed to introduce young babies and toddlers to the wonderful world of aquatics. Parents and children play and sing together while becoming familiar with skills such as kicking bubble blowing jumping and floating.
Scooters
(3-4)(4-6) Year Olds
Scooters are mastering the ability to move themselves through the water. With the aid of swim bubbles and noodles, scooters are learning about breath control, proper arm and leg movements, buoyancy and deep water exploration.

Movers
(6-8)(8-10) Year Olds

My Movers group is ready to do just that; MOVE! This group will focus on body position, proper kicking technique, over-arm recovery, and rotary breathing. Movers are also introduced to over-arm backstroke, kicking on the side and the Breast Stroke kick.
Gliders
(6-8)(8-10) Year Olds

Gliders work on efficient swimming. Swimmers are introduced to new and challenging drills that help to promote an efficient Freestyle Stroke. This group will focus mastering the streamline, establishing and maintaining a flow line and reducing stroke counts.
