Like many of you, I spent my weekend out and about shopping with my family. We frequented stores in Lewisville, Flower Mound, Highland Village, and Carrollton where we were greeted by staff and received excellent customer service.
In recent years a growing population has commented that customer service is nonexistent. I disagree with this statement, and would argue that the speed and availability at which we receive communication plays a pivotal role.
One poor experience is amplified on social media time and time again, but what do we do when we receive outstanding customer service? Outstanding examples are rarely shared in a public platform. I believe it is even more important to share the great experience you have with others.
Join me in celebrating the best in others this week. I challenge you to seek out someone who provided great service and thank them. It is a small gesture that makes a huge impact.
