In April, 205 homes came on the market in Glenview as new listings! This is the highest level in the last 8 years.  14 of those homes were in The Glen and 6 were in Southgate.  As you can see, median average sales prices are up for Glenview and Southgate and only slightly down for The Glen in general.  While inventory is beginning to creep up, the market is still fairly balanced betwee sellers and buyers.  To see updated Home Sale Stats (Sales Price, Supply, Days on Market) in your area including specific elementary school and neighborhood stats please visit my website.
