Opens Green Bay Office
We are pleased to announce the opening of our Green Bay office. Robert R. Gagan, a Green Bay native and Immediate Past President of the State Bar of Wisconsin, will be the Managing Attorney for the law office at 716 Pine Street. Over his 16 year legal career, Gagan has been heavily involved in the community and local bar associations.

U.S. DOL Announces That It Will Publish Final Rule to Update Overtime Regulation
On May 23, 2016 the Final Rule defining the overtime exemption for executive, administrative, and professional employees or otherwise known as "white-collar" employees was published. The final rule will become effective December 1, 2016.
