Western NY Flash, Special Olympics Teams from Buffalo and Rochester, and Starbridge are Promoting Inclusion and Respecting All Abilities at this Saturday's Game

July 22, 2016--Rochester, NY  - The  Western NY Flash is p romoting inclusion of people of all abilities including those with developmental  disabilities with several activities at this Saturday's soccer game. The Flash play FC Kansas City July 23 at 7:00pm at Sahlen Stadium.

Two Special Olympics teams, the Buffalo Storm from Buffalo and the Trash Talkers (Lifetime Assistance clients) from Rochester will be escorting the players from the Flash and FC Kansas City onto the field for the beginning of the game. 
 
There will also be a Spread the Word to End the Word (the r-word, retarded) banner to sign as well as other fun activities. 

At half time, around 7:45pm,  the Buffalo Storm and the Trash Talkers Special Olympic teams face off in a soccer game of their own! 

Fans are invited to stop by the Starbridge information table and sign the pledge to End the r-word.
