Rabbinic Text Study with Micah Weiss at 1:00 PM in the Library
"Counting to Revelation" - Saturday
is the seventh day, or one week, of the Omer. 'Malchut sh'b'Chesed'. But what on earth does that mean? In this class we will explore the kabbalistic spiritual practice of counting the 49 days between Pesach and Shavuot. Whether you are a master kabbalist, or have no idea with the sefirot are, this class is for you. Counting the Omer is one of Micah's favorite spiritual practices and he's excited to try to share some of why he finds it to be such a special time of the year.
