Friends in Christ,

Our return to in-person worship is just around the corner! We continue our preparations, guided by the directives we have received from the Archbishop . Whether you are worshiping from home or planning to be on site, we raise our prayers together in one voice, joined with the entire Body of Christ.

A few things to watch for in the days ahead. On Tuesday, everyone who has responded to our Mass attendance survey will receive an email message from me. In the event that you have not yet responded, we are leaving the survey open HERE through Sunday evening . For those of you who expressed intention to attend a particular Mass, the email will confirm which Mass you identified. In the email you will find:

  • A video that walks you through the various adaptations and protocols that will be in place for the safety of all and in accordance with the guidelines we have been given;

  • A link to the worship aid for May 30th and 31st. Please download copies for your household as needed, whether for in-person worship at church or for participation at home;

  • A link to where you will be able to watch the 9:00 a.m. livestream of the Sunday Mass (the stream will then be archived for later viewing).

  • A link to a survey you can use to let us know if your plans have changed. We realize that many of you responded to our survey over two weeks ago and your intentions may have shifted. Please help us to prepare by letting us know.

This is a lot to process for all of us! Believe me, I know! Together, though, we will continue to pray together, give thanks together, mourn and celebrate together. Look for my email with more information on Tuesday. In the meantime, thank you for your grace and understanding as we do our best to serve faithfully.

Easter Blessings,
Fr. Tony Zimmer
