Social Emotional Program Quality Assessment Planning with Data
Trust-funded youth development (6-12) providers are urged to register for the upcoming SEL PQA Planning with Data workshop. This workshop will guide participants in the interpretation of their program self-assessment and CAT observation data, and focus on using this data to create actionable improvement plans and support effective continuous quality improvement. One representative from each provider agency
MUST be present at one of the sessions; however, we strongly encourage that a team consisting of a program manager and up to four direct staff attend the workshop together. - Communications Editor Under the direction of the communications director, the content & communications editor oversees the content design and placement of articles, stories and other relevant newsworthy articles for placement in print and or digital resource guides, newsletters, collateral materials, publications and reports, websites and social media sites. The incumbent is responsible for writing and preparing the relevant content for publication or internal use.
- Social Media Specialist Responsible for managing all social media pages for The Children’s Trust; and works with the communications team to coordinate social media with wider campaigns. Develops and implements the social media strategy, including marketing plans that primarily leverage social media outlets. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Responsible for development and maintenance of content that attracts attention, generates interest, and is easily shared with social networks. Establishes relationships with bloggers and other members of the online community. May work with technical personnel in the development of tools that allow for easy integration with a social network.
- Research & Evaluation Analyst To serve as a critical member of both cross- and interdepartmental teams who engages in proactive problem-solving and critical thinking/analysis related to particular child, youth and family program areas and populations. Primary responsibilities include the identification and critical review of evidence-based/best practices in specified program areas; assistance for funded service providers and Trust staff on development of program performance measures; oversight of reporting methods for capturing program performance; regular appraisal of basic program performance statistics and data analyses; contribution to reports that explain initiative results to a variety of audiences; and systems enhancement to ensure accountability. This exempt salaried position works under general supervision and support of a senior research and evaluation analyst.

- Early Head Start Teacher The person selected for this position will be responsible to plan and implement a healthy, safe, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for pre-school children that promote developmental gains toward the attainment of kindergarten readiness skills as defined in the Head Start Program Performance Standards. Furthermore, this position has the responsibility for the general supervision and management of a class of children between the ages of three (3) and five (5) including at least 10% being children with disabilities.
