Eid Mubarak! FVAMC will follow the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and the Fiqh Council of North America in celebrating Eid-ul Fitr on Friday June 15th, 2018 – In Sha’ Allah. We will hold two Eid Services at FVAMC (35 Harris Road, Avon) at 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Please join us for refreshments and children’s entertainment after the second Service. Please note that Services will be held sharp on time and we urge you to arrive early and avoid rushing by allowing plenty of time for parking and walking to the prayer hall.
Zakat-ul Fitr (Fitrana) is $12/person and must be paid on behalf of every member of the household. It’s highly recommended that it be delayed to the end of Ramadan, but may be paid a few days early. We will collect Zakat-ul Fitr on Eid day. Please remember to pay it before the Imam commences the service.
Khatm-ul Quran is TONIGHT (last night of Taraweeh). We hope are able to join this blessed event.
