No Filming on 5-Mile Section of Highway 1 in Ventura County until after July 14, 2019
Effective immediately:   Due to emergency repair construction on PCH in Ventura County, Caltrans will not be issuing filming permits involving traffic control (rolling breaks/intermittent traffic control) or the use of turnouts and road shoulders, between the L.A./Ventura County line (MM 0.0) to just north of Sycamore Cove Beach (MM 5.0), until after July 14, 2019.
Filming which does not involve traffic control may be permitted during this period.
