Good Morning,

DID YOU KNOW? For the first time ever, the U.S. economy started and ended an entire decade without entering a recession. It’s been the longest expansion in the country’s history. But overall economic growth during this decade has been slower compared to previous booms. (CNBC)

DID YOU KNOW?  California is the most populous state in the USA with slightly more than 39 million people (according to 2016 estimates). Its population is almost one and a half times that of second-place Texas (28 million). One of every eight US residents lives in California. California's economy, with a gross state product of $3 trillion, is larger than that of any other U.S. state and is the largest sub-national economy in the world. If it were a country, California would be the 5th-largest economy in the world (larger than the UK, France, or India), and the 36th-most populous country as of 2017.

DID YOU KNOW? Red Carpet Entertainment is the opposite of Netflix: Unlike the famous streaming service, which serves up thousands of films and TV shows to millions of subscribers for about $13 (U.S.) a month, this startup by two entertainment-industry veterans is seeking just 3,000 rich Americans who’ll put up $15,000 and pay $2,500 per movie to watch the latest theatrical releases in their homes.

Thoughts + Reflections

As the Holiday season rushes to year’s end, I become nostalgic and sentimental reflecting on the past and thinking about the future. I think about what I have done, what I plan to do, and how I got where I am. Think of it as a spiritual cleansing if you will.

My heart is full and I am so grateful for my family, friends, clients, neighbors and each and every one of you who have encouraged and supported me as a wife, mom, friend, business partner, work associate, volunteer and neighbor. Your love and support has enriched my life in so many ways.
Thank you!!!

The Emerald Bay Market
In 2019, 16 homes sold in Emerald Bay ranging from
$3,695,000 to $24,250,000 with 10 properties closing under $5M.
The majority of these homes under $5M are homes
that have value add opportunities.

This is another reason, I believe that the Emerald Bay buyers
do not see the economy slowing down and I am still bullish
on the Emerald Bay real estate market.
