Taking the Next Steps Toward Effective Treatment Planning
at the New Dentist Conference!
On Friday & Saturday, June 7-8, 2019, excited new dentists and dental students embarked on the journey to success at the New Dentist Conference. Throughout the conference, they learned tips and tricks from some of the top experts in the field. Below are some of the highlights from the weekend:

Dr. Jeff Baggett and Hands-On CE
Dr. Baggett engaged attendees, providing an in-depth and inspirational approach to treatment planning, supplemented by hands-on sessions:

1) Seeing Your Dentistry Through the Lens, with Dr. Saskia Vaughan
2) Occlusion in Everyday Practice, with Dr. Scott Logan and Dr. Jack Shirley
3) Successful Treatment Planning, with Dr. Jeff Baggett.

Lunch with Leaders
Our Lunch with Leaders speaker, Dr. Tom Dawson highlighted the link between heart health and patient health indicators in dentistry with his topic "What's Got You So Inflamed?" Further, he discussed the subject of complete wellness in dental practice and the value that it adds professionally. 
 
CE Achievement Recognition
The CE Recognition Program empowers Texas AGD members on their journey towards lifelong learning. Members who had reached 100, 250, and 500 hours were recognized during the conference with an achievement certificate to encourage them to continue on their path of excellence. Additionally, we recognized the component that had the highest representation at the New Dentist Conference. Once again, congratulations San Antonio AGD!
