Palm Coast Introduces Interactive City Services App
This past week, Palm Coast city officials announced the launch of "Palm Coast Connect," a new app designed to streamline resident access to city services.
The mobile app allows Palm Coast residents to notify the city of code violations, upload photos, report potholes and track the steps being taken to fix the issues in real time.
Mayor Milissa Holland
compared the tracking feature to Amazon, calling it the "Amazon of ordering."
"You always know where your Amazon package is, one way or another, because it's tracked," Holland said. "Our residents will be able to know where their case is."
