Mawlid AlNabawi is coming soon
and Sister Amina and our teachers are planning some great events for FVAMC students and families to honor Prophet Mohamed (PBUH) including a Pizza party. Parents can bring food and deserts too. More details to come soon but please save the date November 18, 2018.
Last week Sister Amina shared a very important Hadith with u
s
:
Prophet Mohammed (Peace be upon him) said:
"None of you will have faith until he loves for his brother what he loves for him self"
According to Immam Annawawi, the brotherhood Mohammed (Peace be upon him) meant includes Muslims and non Muslims. Islam encourages us to build a strong relationship with our society and teaches us that faith is not only a relationship between an individual and God but it is also a relationship between the individuals and their society.
Help others stay warm by donating winter clothing!
