We're still here for you!

Triple R Travel is here, and we are still working behind the scenes for all the clients whose vacations were affected by COVID-19. With all that's been going on in the past three or four months, it's been a somewhat confusing and intriguing time, hasn't it? For three months now, I've been working constantly to maintain reservations -- cancel, reschedule, check on refunds or future travel/cruise credits -- because I want to make sure my clients have good service and know they can trust me to handle things for them.

One change that I'd like to announce now is that you will most likely notice on your confirmations (if you book a new trip with me) that we are in the process of moving our business from one host agency (MTravel by CTM) to Montecito Village Travel/YTC. Because we are independent contractors and operate our business independently, out of our home office, we can sign up with whichever host we'd prefer. After eleven years with MTravel, it was time for a change. And because the transition will be somewhat seamless, I doubt you'll notice any real difference. By now many of you are ready to travel and get out of the house. We've come up with a few ideas that we'd like to share, hoping that you'll be inspired by one of them.
