WE WORK TO MAKE LIFE BETTER
FOR ADULT ASPIES AND THEIR FAMILIES!
Greetings!
Time has a way of rushing by us. No sooner had we held our Third Annual Dinner of Hope , than it was time to plan for our 4th , which was held on April 13, 2019. Our winter volunteers from China were great help in producing flyers, invitations, and even the cover of our souvenir program book.

Once more our dear friend, Stephanie Beach, returned to weave her magic.

OK, Steph! Inquiring minds want to know - how do you do what you do?
Flash Drive Returns
The best local band anywhere returned to provide both background and dancing music. And, as usual, they did a fantastic job.
A big thanks goes to our keynote speaker and award presenters without whom our event would not have been as much fun as it was.
Diana DiZoglio
Our Keynote Speaker, State Senator Diana DiZoglio, battled both exhaustion from numerous public appearances and laryngitis, but made sure that she was present for our big event.
Bill Macek & Attorney Shain Neumeier
Macek Pinch-hits for Vargas
City Councilor Bill Macek presented the Bryan Noble Award to disability activist Attorney Shain Neumeier of Springfield, MA. He was one of our two surprise presenters. Andy Vargas, who was scheduled to do the presentation, could not return to Haverhill in time for the Dinner.

Our schedule presenter, Former State Rep. Juana Matias was not able to be come to our event, and so the task of presenter went to our Advisor, Rachel McMeen. She gave out the Community Service Award to The Arc of Greater Haverhill-Newburyport Executive Director, Luis Bachman.
