Although it may be hard to believe based on our weather, summer is almost here! And with summer comes a slew of city happenings in June including Pride, Luminato, the Jazz Festival and more. You'll find a link to my June events blog below.

The real estate market certainly rebounded over the past several months; sales in May were up by 18.9% as compared to May 2018 (though we have to remember that sales last May hit a 15 year low). Interestingly, prices have gone up, but not significantly. Click on the Market News for a full breakdown.

And of course, the spring market continues... I was hoping to have two great properties to show you this month, but one sold before it could hit the MLS (and way above asking), the other just sold! The most recent sale was a rarity.... a super-sized, loft-style, one bedroom suite, offering well over 1100sf with soaring 13′ ceilings, a massive master with luxurious ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Take a look below to see what you missed!

If you are looking to make a purchase this year, please get in touch. At certain price points, properties are not lasting long on the market.

As always, I thank you for your past and future business and any referrals you may have are greatly appreciated.
