Community Information Meeting - The Commons Project
   
A new housing development is being proposed on the northwest corner of Monte Vista Avenue and Foothill Boulevard Project.   
 
Called The Commons, it is designed by KTGY Architecture & Planning, based in Irvine, CA. It is a proposed mixed-use community that straddles both Claremont and Upland.  The Claremont portion will consist of up to 27 single family homes, 20 townhomes, and 10 flat-style units above 5,000 square feet of retail.  Link to project proposal HERE
