PHASE II

Hot Springs Village continues to have Phase 2 Directives from the Arkansas Department of Health are in place. The Fourth of July will be celebrated this week, please check the daily COVID-19 update for any news or changes that would affect the celebration in the Village.
We have received several requests for the identification of active cases within Hot Springs Village. The state only reports cases by County in their statistical data. Therefore, we are unable to break the numbers out by our specific community. It is also against HIPPA regulations for Hot Springs Village Property Owners Association to report any individual's particular medical status. The only way that members may find out about an active case within the Village is if they are contacted directly through Contact Tracing conducted by the Arkansas Department of Health. Thank you again for your patience as we move through this pandemic.
Amenity Guidelines
During this holiday week, the Property Owners' Association would like to remind everyone to stay safe and enjoy the opportunities in Hot Springs Village. However, keep in mind the more closely you interact with others and the longer that interaction, the higher the risk of COVID-19 spread.
