Textbook drop off and Yearbook Pick up will be
Thursday, May 21st
. See the schedule below for your students arrival time. Please make every effort to arrive at the designated time. Crossover families- we have one hour available for you on Thursday

to drop off at both Archway and Prep- this is due to the fact that the instructional times are different for each academy. We do apologize for this inconvenience and please know that every effort is made to make this process as accommodating as possible.
Also, please know that it is not required that you utilize the sign up.
You will be receiving communication from Archway regarding their textbook drop off.
You are very welcome and encouraged to come both days.
Enter campus off of 32nd street and go around the football field
Note- Do not drop Archway textbooks off at the Prep side and do not drop Prep textbooks at the Archway side.
Each academy must receive their own texts.
In addition, laptop drop off is scheduled for Wednesday, May 20th.

. Textbooks are not to be dropped off with laptops and will not be accepted.
Yearbooks will also be given out to those families/students who purchased.
In addition, end of year awards and athletic awards will be handed out to those students who have received recognition. For our 8th grade students, we will have their promotion certificates and 8th grade photo to give to them as well.
Again, there will be a lot going on for this last day of school- so your assistance with adhering to the schedule is especially appreciated. The schedule is by grade level and also alphabetical (by last name). If you have multiple students, please come to the time scheduled for your oldest student.
