Thank you for being an owner of The Mountain Club on Loon. We greatly appreciate your patience during these days where safety is the number one concern. With safety in mind, there has been a requirement to change how we conduct our businesses. Today's update is to remind you of the procedures at The Mountain Club that are still in place for your and our safety.
-Your confirmation has an example of the New Hampshire Health Guideline, requiring your signature on the form - attesting to the current status of everyone in your party's current health status.
-You must wear a mask when in any public space at The Mountain Club.
-All luggage carts are in the main lobby area and are sanitized prior to you using them. It is greatly appreciated if you could return them to the lobby when you finish.
-Housekeeping has placed a seal on the entry door to your unit. The seal is there to let us know the unit is ready for your entry. We will not enter your unit except in the case of an emergency. If you need us to enter for any other reason, we will ask you to depart and we will wear protective gear.
-If you wish to use the Spa and Wellness Center, please call ahead at ext 4201. New Hampshire Guidelines require there to be limited numbers in swimming pools, work out areas, and decks. By calling we can hopefully insure a space during your requested times.
-
Breakfast and
Dinner are being offered daily. Monday thru Friday breakfast is take out only. For faster service, please call ahead at ext 5267. Saturday and Sunday breakfast can be take out or dine on premise. Dinner can also be take out or dine inside or on the patio.
-Masks must be worn at all times while in the public areas except to workout, swim or dine.
-The game room, elevators, and Bear Essentials Store are all open for one family at a time.
-The public areas have sanitizing schedules in place. There are also sanitizing stations throughout the building.
-Upon departure, we will allow your unit to rest for 24 hours before it is cleaned.
-During your visit we prefer all transactions to be charged to your room.
Also, during your visit, all
White Mountain Attractions are operating at less than 50% capacity (NH Guidelines). This is an amazing opportunity for your family to visit these special places without a crowd. You must call the park to make reservations.
We are very enthusiastic with the new Owner Services Department that we have been working on for the last few months. When you call the 800-229-7829 you will speak with a member of this special team who will try and help you immediately. You may also email your questions directly to Owner Service at
[email protected]. We hope you find this new operation very beneficial.
Thank you for your ownership and we hope to serve you soon.
Sincerely yours,
Jeff
