CFM is continuously evolving our support efforts and encouraging all CFM customers to utilize the Customer Portal . We have a renewed emphasis on ensuring the processes in the Customer Portal, found at myCFMportal.com, are robust, user-friendly, and enable our company to deliver the experience you need and expect.

We are hosting a webinar on July 29th and July 30th about how to use our customer portals. Join us to learn more about portal access, Critical Service Bulletins and our on-demand customer training resources. The webinar will be held at 10 p.m. EST on Wednesday, July 29 and 10 a.m on Thursday, July 30th.

Critical Service Bulletins
Critical Service Bulletins give you the ability to quickly visualize your compliance status with those bulletins. Engine configuration is key to enable proactive CFM support, management and rapid resolution of any technical issues.

View and submit compliance with critical Service Bulletins, today!
Diagnostics
Did you know that the CFM Diagnostics team receives over 100M flight records each year? We use state of the art physics-based analytics and detection methods to issue over 17,000 recommendations to our customers, so you can rapidly identify issues and avoid costly disruptions.

In this section of the portal you can view engine alerts, faults and related data trends to disposition/close those notifications. This allows for watch list creation for follow-up assessments and actions. Plot single and multiple engines and parameters over time and export data for analysis. Provide CFM feedback on recommendations to improve future communications.
