Port Chester, NY is another project where we are working on a large retail complex; we are preparing the building shell to accommodate a large Target store. In addition, the complete building renovation will allow the new tenants to utilize both floors equaling 90,000 s.f. While working outside of Pittsburgh, the team has learned new protocols, procedures, codes, and inspection requirements while maintaining a tight schedule and consistently meeting client and owner expectations.
