Teen Agora
with Dr. Merow
Teen Agora is the library's new teen philosophy club for ages 15 to 18. We all make philosophical judgments, some using careful, logical analysis, and others relying on emotion, popular sentiment, hearsay, and highly questionable lines of thought. Our goal is to polish the skills needed to make rational decisions about contentious issues. We will continue the great conversation in the tradition of the Socratic dialogs. For more information and optional readings, contact Kate:
[email protected]
or call 215-699-5410.
