Self-Assessment Incident Investigation
The best investigations focus on the FACTS, such as:
- Who was involved?
- Where did the accident occur?
- What was the cause of the accident?
- What injuries is the person claiming?
- What was the injured person doing just prior to the accident?
The best investigations are conducted by trained personnel, those who are familiar with document collection, taking witness statements, what type of photographs to take, and how many.
