Dear Precinct 2 Community,

Last week our country reached the somber milestone of recording over 675,000 deaths due to COVID-19, making it the deadliest pandemic in recorded American history. It serves as a stark reminder that we must all remain vigilant and heed the advice of our doctors and public health leaders:

Thanks to your feedback and to our community partners, we’ve been able to stand up more large-scale public testing. I want to thank business leader, David Dang, leadership at Arlington ISD and Dr. Kim Cantu and the team at Mansfield ISD for partnering with us and Tarrant County Public Health to establish three new COVID-19 drive thru testing sites in Precinct 2:

The current testing sites at the Arlington and Mansfield Sub-Courthouses will end operations this week. The last day of testing at the Arlington Sub-Courthouse will be later this week on Thursday, September 30. The last day of testing at the Mansfield Sub-Courthouse will be Friday, October 1. Continue reading below for a detailed test schedule.

If you received a COVID-19 test from a provider other than Tarrant County Public Health, you can submit your results to Tarrant County Public Health so we can better track the spread of COVID-19 in our community. Visit Tarrant County Public Health COVID-19 Report Form to submit.

If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and seeking medical assistance, visit the Tarrant County COVID-19 Infusion Centers website for information on infusion therapy.

Tarrant County residents with confirmed appointments can ride for free to a vaccination location. Present an appointment email or text message from Tarrant County Public Health (TCPH) to your driver.

Complimentary service is available for rides to and from TCPH vaccination locations.
