This Sunday
Join us for the First Sunday in Lent and the conclusion of the second session of Adult Formation classes.
Dear saints,

Greetings to you as we embark on this holy season of Lent. In some ways, it has felt like Lent has lasted the whole of the past year – an elongated time of withdrawal and denial none of us had planned spending this way. I imagine that many of you, like me, are ready for this to be over. Yet, seasons of introspection and stillness have a way of speaking to us. This Lent our desire is that this might happen by you speaking to one another, in the form of daily Lenten meditations. Each will offer a window into what I have missed more than anything else through this pandemic: your voices; your stories; you. So, as an invitation for Lent, I welcome you to take up the habit of listening to others’ voices. Listen to how God is speaking to you through the lives of your fellow parishioners and as you do, may you be blessed to receive from others the gift you need most.

Peace,
Simon Mainwaring

Novel Theology: The King at the Edge of the World by Arthur Phillips

Wednesday, February 24, 7:00-8:00 p.m., on Zoom

In the year 1601, Queen Elizabeth is about to die without an heir. The leading candidate is King James VI of Scotland, but there are rumors that James is not a Protestant and secretly shares his family’s Catholicism. If true, then forty years of religious war will have been for nothing, and a bloodbath will ensue. With time running out, London confronts a seemingly impossible question: What does James truly believe?

Neighborhood Connections Groups

Our *new* Neighborhood Connections Groups invite everyone to engage in fun, social activities with saints who live nearby, such as sharing a cup of coffee on a porch, taking a cooking class over Zoom, or going for a walk or hike together.

All participants will receive a free "Love Lives Here" yard sign!

Giving
What does church bring to your life each week?

“My wife and I attended All Saints’ in person for many years. We recently moved away from Atlanta and have continued to worship live with All Saints’ virtually online. We have been so inspired by the sermons. We find the music is beautifully moving. We thoroughly enjoy All Saints’ and the message it provides – it has given us much love, peace, and hope.”

Thank you, All Saints’, for responding generously and faithfully.

Please visit allsaintsatlanta.org/give to make a gift to the church.
