David Risberg Memorial
Grant Challenge

David Risberg was an avid outdoorsman with a love of hunting and fishing, and an abiding interest in preservation, conservation and management of natural resources.  A memorial grant program has been set up to provide funding to CFM's affiliated organizations to take action on conservation projects.

David's parents, John and Mary, have set up a challenge for this fund and will match every dollar raised up to $50,000.  Please consider donating today to these boots on the ground projects that are funded in his honor.

HB 1711 heads for the Governors desk!
HB 1711, CFM's "Share the Harvest Snack Stick Bill" passed the House 159-0, then unanimously passing the Senate Ag Committee, on Wednesday April 29th the Senate passed it by a vote of 29-1, advancing it to Governor Parson's desk.

In this time of enormous pressure on our legislators, the passage of this bill when so many other urgent matters are being shelved is testament to the quality of the bill and the relentless efforts of the supporters. Also to the clarity of the legislators and the leaders of both parties and both chambers to ensure this urgent bill did not vanish in the face of the massive legislative distractions forced by the budgetary impact of the pandemic. Thanks to everyone that took action on this bill this session.
