A native of Santa Barbara, raised on the coast of California Ale has been in the banking field for the past thirty three years and is currently Vice President, Relationship Manager at Community West Bank. In her role of banker, Ale has held sales and management positions with focus on
the business acumen in the local banking community, Ale has worked for various banking institution in Santa Barbara in an executive capacity. Ale owns her own mobile notary business and serves SB County as a bilingual mobile notary.
Natalie is an attorney and legal resource for online entrepreneurs. After years of working in a local law firm, she decided to try her hand at opening up her own practice. She was scared and felt so overwhelmed! With the boom of online business, she found herself consulting with more and more friends on how to set up a legally legit biz. She noticed that when they had the right legal documents in place, they emerged more confident and empowered. Mary Jean also consults on talent management, performance management, and leadership development programs. She holds a Master of Business Administration from California Lutheran University and a PhD in Human and Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University.
Lindsey Reath is a Territory Manager at Heartland Payment Systems. She is an experienced Human Capital Consultant with a demonstrated history of working with the business owner scared about hiring that first employee to the business owner with 100 employee’s in need of a true human capital management solution as their business grows. Skilled in negotiation, coaching, sales, customer relationship management, and team building, Lindsey has worked with more than 900 businesses up and down the central coast to help them manage the ever-changing landscape business owners face. Lindsey spends her more recent days speaking to business owners about payroll, human resources, touchless onboarding, online ordering, credit card processing, PPP loans and customer engagement…there is not much she can’t help with!
