London COVID-19 Assessment Centres to stop testing for international travel

As of Friday, January 15, London COVID-19 Assessment Centres are no longer testing individuals who are travelling outside of Canada and require a COVID-19 test before travelling.

Travellers needing a COVID-19 test must now search out private testing. There are some private testing options in our area -- www.covidtestinglm.ca is being updated with local fee-based testing options as they become available.

Ontario Health West has published a memo with information on Mental Health supports for your patients and staff.

Priority group eligible for COVID vaccine

The COVID-19 Vaccine Prioritization Advisory Committee provided an update on regional prioritization of COVID19 vaccine. This committee includes representation from Huron Perth Public Health, Middlesex London Health Unit, Southwestern Public Health, acute care, primary care, emergency services, long term care, infectious disease, and medical ethics.

LHSC Urgent COVID-19 Care Clinic for COVID

The LHSC Urgent COVID-19 Care Clinic (LUC3) is a virtual clinic for people who test positive for COVID-19. The Clinic's goal is to care for and monitor patients with COVID-19 in order to decrease the risks of complications from this illness. It presently in only available for London patients.
