Letter from the
President
"
We are only a month and a half away from the
conference
in San Diego—I am looking forward to seeing you all there! I am extremely grateful to the ARNOVA staff, conference co-chairs, host committee, and many volunteers for all of their hard work to prepare for what is looking to be an amazing conference program.
I am writing this note to you as millions of people, especially young people, around the world take part in a global climate strike. No doubt we have work to do at ARNOVA to continue to reduce our carbon footprint and it is my strong hope is that we can make this a priority as we plan future conferences. For now, as you are planning your trip..."

New this year: Fearless Dialogue
We all want to be more inclusive scholars, teachers, and colleagues, but we don’t always know how. You are warmly invited to join us in a series of exercises led by Fearless Dialogues – a group trained to help others SEE the gifts in others, HEAR value in stories, and work for CHANGE. They will help us to break down epistemological and identity barriers by strengthening our relationships with our ARNOVA peers.
