NO Mandates! Not Now, Not Ever!

We Call THE SHOTS, Not Them!

Your Weekly Update

November 5, 2021

Special Message from USFF Leadership

For several weeks we have done our best to send you timely, pertinent updates every Friday about what is going on inside USFF and what has happened during the previous week. Our intention this week is to do the same; however, we are currently finalizing the details surrounding a major announcement on the legal front with our lawyers. With this in mind, this week's update is brief.

Shortly we will be filing suit in the State of Florida to fight for your right of bodily autonomy, medical freedom, and against the coercion surrounding the medical mandates. We want to give you all the details as they happen, but until the ink on the paperwork dries we need to keep these details close to the vest.

Please be assured that as soon as we are able to release details, we will.

To this end, if you are aircrew, look for another email coming your way by the end of the weekend. This will be in regards to USFF and HFDF looking for those willing to be named as plaintiffs in the lawsuit. Plaintiffs will be those named on the suit and may be called to testify. Further details will outlined in that email. Those USFF members who have donated will also be covered by the suit, though not required to testify.

If you are in other industries or have joined USFF as a passenger, additional specific information will be coming your way shortly as well. This may come some as soon as next week as details continue to evolve.

Thank you for your understanding on this matter and thank you for your continued strength and support of each other.

DONATE NOW!

Make a donation of any amount to support our efforts. Without your help, we can only go so far. Your donation will be used for our legal challenge against the unconstitutional Biden Administration mandate.

A Note on January 4, 2022

Details emerged yesterday that the new cutoff date for being fully vaccinated OR having your medical or religious exemption paperwork filed has been pushed back to January 4, 2022. We are also hearing many of you are stressed by this and assume your company pushed this date back just to end up firing you after the holiday travel is over. Please allow us to put your stress at ease.

We view this move back to January 4 as a good thing! To be clear, this new date is being altered by the White House and government at large, NOT the airlines. This new date affects everyone: airlines, healthcare workers, first responders, etc, and now also any company with 100+ employees. While we are no cheerleader of management's handling of this entire mandate fiasco, assuming they moved this date back just to fire you after the holidays is unfounded at this time.

In fact, this development is good news! This new date allows a full six additional weeks for you to file your paperwork for religious and medical exemptions. This also allows our lawsuit to get traction in court (and the media). Lastly, this allows more time for news regarding the side effects of the vaccine to come out along with any potential therapeutics that you may deem as acceptable accommodations.

In short, more time is good for us, and it is good for you. We understand this whole mandate rollout has been a disaster and has caused you incredible amounts of stress. This does not mean, however, that any and every new development is to be viewed with a doomsday view.

Keep the faith, keep fighting, and hold the line.

Filing Exemptions

In addition to all that is being said about lawsuits and deadlines, we are hearing some of you saying you aren't going to file any religious or medical exemption with your company solely out of principal. The thinking goes something like this: "I'm an American and I should not have to be subjected to this inquisition type questioning!" In principal, we agree. However, may we please offer some perspective.

The United States of America stands pretty much alone in the world with regards to many things. One of these is our ability to freely express our religion, or beliefs, and to not be persecuted because of these views. These same protections are not afforded to many outside this country. We are in almost daily contact with groups from around the world, mainly in Europe, and they are envious of our ability to stand on religious freedom. They can not do that and they are being eaten alive by these mandates in ways that make our experience here feel like a walk in the park.

A failure to invoked our freedom and protected religious rights is a disservice to our country, our constitution, and those who have died to protect it.

We respect YOUR choice as to which avenue you choose, whether that is getting the shot, submitting exemption paperwork, or some other course of action. However, please consider the implications of these decisions and the relative ease at which you can express your religious liberties. Please don't be cavalier in casting aside these rights just to stand on principle. This fight is long and will be hard, but cutting yourself off at the knees out of principle sounds like a losing proposition.
