Featured Projects
So much volunteer activity is happening across the grounds, and each week we will highlight different volunteers and projects. Please make sure to share your photos with us so YOU can be featured in upcoming communications. Email them to communications@lakesideohio.com . We're so thankful for your hard work and want to recognize your efforts.

Thank you to the Men’s Bible Study group for painting the fence surrounding the Hotel Lakeside courtyard -- it looks amazing! (Pictured above: David Blank)
On June 11, more than 50 volunteers worked across the grounds to clean up after a severe storm. Volunteers helped pick up branches, rake debris and ensure that the Lakeside grounds were back in order. Thank you to the storm cleanup crew for all the ways you support Lakeside and help keep the grounds beautiful.

This past week, volunteers power washed and painted 14 Adirondack chairs from the Pavilion decks. Dale Cassidy power washed the chairs, while Eric Fudo, Bob Grimm and Cindy Grimm completed the painting. The beautiful Adirondack chairs are ready to be used for even more sunset viewing and family time. We appreciate these special volunteers.
Also, thank you to the many of you who responded quickly and generously by helping us prepare the parks for this Chautauqua season. We appreciate your quick work and kindness!
Upcoming Projects
Orchestra Hall Cleanup: Our next main project is a deep clean of Orchestra Hall, a venue for our onsite and virtual Faith for Living Hour sessions and livestreamed Community Worship Services.

Train Station Cleanup: One of the last locations to be deep cleaned is the Train Station, a year-round location used for meetings. There's a large open room, a smaller Board Room, a small kitchen and an open-air porch. This volunteer opportunity is great for a family or a group of 4 or less. Cleaning supplies and a list will be provided.

Ongoing Storm Cleanup: We need a group of volunteers to help pick up branches, rake debris and ensure that the grounds are back in order following storms in Lakeside. Your patience is appreciated as we develop this process.

To sign up for projects, contact communications@lakesideohio.com or visit the Lakeside Chautauqua Foundation office at 217 Walnut Ave.
