A Note from Aurelio's: We are looking forward to Wednesday, and will be doing pickup and delivery service all evening! We are offering cash, charge and/or contact free delivery (let the phone operator know). It is important to make sure to mention SFX fundraiser at time of order!
Here are the options:
- Pay cash at door
- Credit at time of order
- Credit at time of order can add gratuity if needed then we can do a "contact free" delivery (call then leave at doorstep)
- Pickup: can pay cash when arrive, charge when arrive, or charge over the phone and we will do a curbside drop off - let the phone operator know ahead of time what they would like.
Also, Aurelio's is offering bottled adult beverages for half-off the menu price. Adults over 21 may add it when they arrive for pickup.

The SFX yearbook committee (an 8th grade team) has been hard at work all year creating an awesome 2019-20 SFX yearbook.
The purchase deadline has been extended to April 10th.
I think we all can agree, the affects of coronavirus will be the strongest memories of the year! In an attempt to document how SFX families have adjusted their lives, we also created a

Dear S.F.X. Falcon Community,
First, we hope that you and your family are safe and sound. The safety and well-being of the Falcon Families is our top priority. After many phone calls and virtual meetings with S.F.X. Leadership and SuperHero Gala Team Members, we have made the decision to postpone the 2020 Auction, returning at a date T.B.D.
The choice was not an easy one, as we are sure you can imagine. Our first thought was to have a virtual auction and keep the same April 25th date. We considered ways to pull this off and talked with many who have experience with a virtual auction platform. In the end, we were running into too many “last few weeks before the big event” hang-ups. For example, many silent auction donations come in the few weeks prior to the date of the event. The businesses and restaurants who have agreed to donate are now either closed or fighting for survival. In addition, many packages we offer for silent and live auction items include hotel, travel, golf, and sporting events. Currently it is impossible to guarantee any dates, seats, etc.
Running the Auction requires an extraordinary effort of time. By postponing, we feel that the time all the volunteers put in will not be wasted, and the event will be a huge success like the many S.F.X. Auctions in the past.
If you have already contributed to the SuperHero Gala - Auction 2020, THANK YOU. The donations, sponsorships, tickets and raffles already purchased will be applied to the future event. If you prefer, please contact Sarah (

), and she will work through a refund with you. If you have purchased a SuperHero Gala T-Shirt, we will refund your credit card within the next two weeks. Additional details related to adult, student and classroom parties and the grade level art will be discussed and confirmed later.

Tax Credit Statement-Educational Expenses
If you made tuition payments to us in the first 6 months of 2019 you should have received a statement from Jane Bandyk that detailed all of your payments from January 1, 2019 through June 30, 2019. For the 2
nd half of 2019, you will need to log into your FACTS account.
Step 2: Select 'View Details'
Step 3: Select 'View Payment Summary' (Page will open in another window or tab)
Step 4: Select the year & then 'Print'
These statements can be used to fill out the Illinois Receipt for Qualified Education Expenses for your Illinois tax return and/or, in the case of Pre-School, the Child and Dependent Care Expenses form for your Federal tax return.
FACTS Billing for 2020-2021 Re-Registered and Newly Registered Students
Your FACTS account is now billing $75.00 per re-registered student currently in grades PS3-7
th. That charge will show the re-registered students name. If you have registered a child who will be new to St. Francis next year the charge will show the name of the lead parent on your account. New student’s names for the 2020-2021 school year can’t be uploaded to FACTS yet.
FACTS 2020-2021 Tuition Assistance
Applications for tuition assistance must be made through the FACTS Management System. The site will open for applications February 1
st. Please

explaining the application process and required documents. We ask that all applications be completed by June 1, 2020. Parents will be notified of tuition assistance awards prior to the July/August billing of 2020-2021 tuition.
