The Express Employment Professionals Thousand Oaks and Oxnard branches are leading a Pay It Forward Holiday Hiring Drive from November 25 through December 20, 2019. For every person that earns a pay check with the Oxnard and Thousand Oaks branches for the first time, local franchise owners Neil and Janet McMillan, will donate $10 to Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties.

Conejo Valley Restaurant Week, presented by Visit Conejo Valley, will be January 24-31, 2020. We are currently seeking local restaurants who would like to participate. There is no charge, but you need to offer a special discount or cool menu item to be part of the promotion. Visit Conejo Valley will be promoting this event through paid and earned media campaigns all through the month of January to get people out to your restaurants!

Discounted Harassment Prevention Training For All Employees
Businesses with five or more employees must provide harassment training for their employees by January 1, 2021 (excluding seasonal and temporary employees that are hired to work for less than 6 months, who have to train by January 1, 2020). The Greater Conejo Valley Chamber has partnered with CalChamber to provide you with access to harassment prevention training at a 20% discount.
