As we end our week together, I want to share some important updates.

Wolf Pack Parade

When we shared the plan for this parade, it was from a place of excitement and joy to see one another, as we recognize faculty and families are missing being in community right now.  Since this was posted Wednesday, it has weighed heavily on my heart as I hear the stories of our first responders working so very hard to keep everyone safe and healthy at this time.  Through prayerful discernment and out of an abundance of caution, I am postponing this wolf pack parade scheduled for May 1.  I want to remain respectful to everyone and ensure that we all are following safety guidelines from the Diocese, the State, and our President.  The health and safety of our teachers and our families must be the priority at this time.  We will plan a special checkout during our last week to ensure families and faculty can see one another and say goodbye.

For next Friday, May 1st, we are planning on having "Fun Friday," where there will be no work or lessons assigned.  Teachers will send an invitation to their class with a specially planned Zoom, focusing on fun and community building.  

Progress Reports - 3rd Trimester

On Sunday, May 3, FACTS will generate a summary of current grades for all students and an email will be sent to their parents.  All Kindergarten through Eighth grade parents will receive this correspondence.  This will serve as our 3rd Trimester progress report and no parent signature is required.  If you do not receive an email on Sunday, please email [email protected] and we will follow up with you Monday, 5/4.

Clarification on Monday, 4/27 Schedule

Faculty will be participating in professional development on this day.  No student contact will be made and no homework will be assigned.  

We are taking advantage of this day and updating our school phone system between the hours of 10 am - 12 pm.  Phones will be open from 8 am - 10 am and 1 pm - 3 pm, should you need to get in touch with reception or the business office.
