Footprint and 250kg Payload

The MiR250 has a footprint of 580 x 800mm and a height of only 30 centimeters while still being able to move as much as 250kg with a speed of 2 meters/second. This makes the AMR more agile than any other AMRs on the market and highly adaptable for challenging environments.

Thanks to the small footprint, it can drive in spaces as narrow as 80 centimeters. So, doors and elevators that can be an obstacle for other mobile robots, are not a problem for the MiR250.

The In-Sight 3D-L4000 is a breakthrough in three-dimensional (3D) vision technology. This unique vision system combines 3D laser displacement technology with a smart camera allowing factory engineers to quickly, accurately and cost effectively solve a wide variety of inspections.

The patented speckle-free blue laser optics, an industry first, acquires high quality 3D images and on-board high-performance processing powers a comprehensive set of true 3D vision tools, without the need for external processing. 3D vision tools are set up as easily as 2D vision tools thanks to the familiar and robust In-Sight spreadsheet environment.

Retractable Conveyor Tail for

Simple Walkthrough Access

A manually retractable conveyor tail can allow safe and easy access. The opening created can be as wide as 6 feet, requiring only about 20 lbs. of force to open and close the conveyor.

An air cylinder at the end of the conveyor tail pops up ensuring that no product is able to fall off without having to shut down your operation to access an area.

The retractable option may be a better fit in certain applications, such as a facility where there isn’t the overhead space to accommodate a lift gate.
