AHFA is pleased to announce a user-friendly update to the Step-Up “Reservation of Funds/ Rate Commitment Form."
Now, when lenders print the form via the “PDF Forms” list within
Lender Online
, the entire bottom section of the form auto-populates, so lenders no longer have to manually complete portions of that section. In the past, lenders would have to manually complete the reservation period, commitment fee percentage, and commitment fee amount fields, which is no longer the case.
We hope this will also aide lenders with verifying the correct commitment fee amount prior to sending the fee.
