Dear Friends,

Weekend Mass Information:

·           In addition to the Livestream of our Masses and our Masses being available on the website,  beginning this weekend, we will make five DVD’s of our Mass  and place them in the box attached to the main door of the parish office. These DVD’s are for people who do not have internet. You should be able to pick them up any time after 9:00 am on Sunday Morning.
·           Our  Mass attendance  increased this last weekend as we had over 230 people in Church (about an average of 60 at each Mass).
·           Once again,  restrooms will be available  at Church. In order to keep everyone safe we ask that these two rules be followed:
1.        One person (or family unit) at a time. Children under fourteen must be accompanied by their parents to ensure the proper sanitation of the bathroom after each use.
2.        If you use the bathroom we ask that you sanitize all hard surfaces after each use. Wipes and gloves (if desired) are provided on the table in the gathering space.
·           Please continue to make reservations  for our Masses. You can access the reservation page on the main page of the parish website. Once again, we are doing this so that we have a list of everyone who attends Mass in case we need to notify you that someone who has attended that Mass has tested positive for the Covid-19 virus.
·           We are looking for additional people to serve as Host/Hostesses at Mass . If you have been to Mass, these are the people who help show you to your seat. If you are willing to assist us in this vital ministry, contact Jesse Schuler at jschuler@st.johnpaulparish.org .

Vacation Bible School  has been cancelled for this year. Resources are available for parents on the parish website.

New Car Raffle  is Sunday, June 28, 2020. You can still purchase/sell tickets. We will Livestream the drawing which will be held at 1:00 p.m. Please join us online to find out who the big winner will be. I hope it is you.

Beginning Friday, June 26 we will offer a  Holy Hour of Eucharistic Adoration  prior to the Noon Mass. The Blessed Sacrament will be placed on the Altar at 11:00 a.m. Benediction will be at 11:50 a.m. followed by Mass at Noon.

Happy Father’s Day to all our fathers ! Thanks for all you do for your families!

God bless you all and stay well.

Fr. Tom
