This Father's Day, and Downtown Boise is hosting a Car Show like no other, celebrating Idaho's transportation past and future.
Downtown Boise is always bustling with people, which means downtown is where a number of transportation options are most visible. The Downtown Boise Father's Day Car Show features electric vehicles to classic favorites, and after 16 years, has become a dad's day tradition for Boise Valley families.
What: Downtown Boise Father's Day Car Show
Where: 8th , Idaho, and Bannock Streets in Downtown Boise.
When: Father's Day, Sunday, June 17.
Time: 9:00am - 3:30pm
Awards: Awards in several categories will be presented beginning between 2:45 & 3:15pm.

"This car has been owned by Nelson family since it was new. Ric and his sister both drove it during college in the late 60s, early 70s. The car is in original (unrestored) condition. It looks fine and drives very well."

Because parking for participants of the Downtown Boise Father's Day Car Show is first come first serve, we can't tell you exactly where to find these storied cars and their owners. But they'll be here, along with dozens of others, each with a great Idaho history story to tell!
