From the Superintendent
As part of the Superintendent’s entry plan, I have a goal of meeting with every staff member in the District by the end of the school year. I would like to invite you to an optional one-on-one or group meeting (your choice) to discuss ten questions that will frame our future work together in the District. Those questions may be found HERE. If you are interested in participating in this opportunity, please click HERE and my assistant, Julia Polszakiewicz (jpolszakiewicz@lfschools.net), will follow up with you to schedule a time that is convenient.

If you prefer not to meet but you would still like to share your answers to the questions, you may choose to download and complete the form and return it to me via email (mmontgomery@lfschools.net). Please know that this is a voluntary opportunity and is in no way mandatory. I look forward to getting better acquainted with everyone as the year progresses.

  • This transitional benefit will be in place for one year ending August 31, 2022.

  • Beginning September 1, 2022, all HMO mental health/substance use services will need to be referred by the member’s elected Primary Care Physician to be covered. Services received without a referral or outside the HMO network will not be covered.

2021 Individual Offsite Screening Program
This year we are offering an option to participate in a health screening to help you have a better understanding of your overall health and wellness. This offering is offsite at a labcorp facility. You can choose what is tested and being screened. The best part is if you are in the PPO, there are no additional costs to you. HMO members will have additional costs for fees and tests. The attached flyer provides information on how to sign up and all of the screenings you can select.
