5 Animated Videos to Get You Started This Fall
Back to school has never looked so different, but the goal of getting prepared is still the same. We’ve compiled five of our animated videos designed to help students prepare for higher education, whether virtually or in person. Check out these videos yourself and share them with others!

There are many good, sound reasons for students to continue education after high school. This video makes a case for higher education and discusses the multiple pathways available to achieve credentials of value. The details provided are a good reminder why education after high school is important.

Make scholarship applications stand out! In this video students will learn about searching for scholarships, getting organized, and maximizing scholarship dollars to help pay for higher education. Students who start early find it easier to keep the momentum going and maximize potential awards.

To file a FAFSA individuals will need to create an account with Federal Student Aid, called an FSA ID. The FSA ID is a username and password used to access all Federal Student Aid websites, including the FAFSA. This video provides step-by-step instructions on how to set up an FSA ID. We recommend getting this done early to save time (and potential headaches) once the FAFSA becomes available.

Having the right information on hand makes completing the FAFSA easier. This short video offers a step-by-step guide to getting organized and gathering the right paperwork before beginning the FAFSA each October. Watch this to feel prepared to apply for financial aid or help others navigate the process.

This fall FAME will be hosting online Financial Aid Information sessions to help families plan and pay for college. This video explains what a virtual Financial Aid Night is, what topics will be covered, and how students and families can access these sessions. Then, join us for one and spread the word!
