Welcome to Fiscal Year FY2022. The accounting staff is working hard to close out FY21, prepare for our annual audit, and upload all FY22 budget and National Allocation data. Thank you for your patience while we work through this. We expect to have a soft close of all field information by October 31 with any auditing adjustments booked in January 2022 back to FY21. Please take the next few weeks to review your financial information in Sage Intacct and let SCORE’s controller, Erin Schultz know of any questions, concerns, or requests for changes at accounting@score.org.
Please check out the draft copy of the Chapter Accounting Policies and Procedures on the Support Center for updates in FY22 including procedures for submitting contracts and requirements for vendors expected to be more than $10k in the FY. As a reminder, SCORE volunteers and their companies are not to accept compensation either from SCORE or clients, this includes gift cards or gift certificates for volunteer recognition.
