Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! Despite that the circumstances are far from what we had hoped, together we will ensure our students' success and wellbeing in all senses of the word. No matter the challenges, with positivity, grace, and the support of one another, our students' will achieve their highest potentials and feel the love we devote to them. Please join us on Google Meets on 9/2 at 7:30 p.m. for our first PTO General Meeting of the year. We will be voting on our budget for the year, providing updates for upcoming programs, and answering any questions that you might have. Hope to see you there!

When you download the Box Tops App, you’ll be able to scan your grocery receipt, instantly identify Box Tops products and automatically add cash to our school’s earnings online. You can also email your online receipts to earn credit. Box Tops are still worth 10¢ each for your school. This may not sound like much, but it adds up to hundreds of dollars!

Our HPS Room Parents provide a channel of communication between parents and teachers. These parents are a part of the classroom environment in the following areas: Organize class parties (hopefully!), act as the room basket lead for Spring Celebration, aid in teacher celebration, and assist in any teacher special requests.

Restaurant Night at Jason's Deli |
Please join us for our first restaurant night of the year, 9/10 from 4-9 p.m. at Jason's Deli, 3831 Edwards Rd. Recently Jason's Deli helped us to cater a lunch for our teachers and staff during their professional development week. Now it's your turn to help support HPS PTO. Mention our fundraiser at the register and Jason's Deli will donate 15% of your total bill to the PTO.

Lots of moving parts, lots of new information every day. Please be patient while we look at all options as it relates to a fall season. We are working with 3rd party leagues, CPS Athletics, the school, and relying on the health department to advise appropriately. Where it is possible, we do plan to have some version of a fall season. For those not comfortable with the final plan for that season, a full refund will be provided.
On the note of refunds (for spring), there was a mistake in the reporting provided by Sports Engine which resulted in the incorrect refund amounts being associated with individuals. Thankfully the mistake was caught before anything was credited. We are working with SE to correct that and get you your money back ASAP.

Pack 113 will continue their Cub Scouts tradition in 2020-2021. They have already successfully held several socially distanced or virtual events, and safety will continue to be their top priority. Cub Scouts is open to boys and girls form grades K to 5th.
