MANDATORY FEDERAL UPDATE (A SuperPoster addition)
As of March 18, 2020, the Federal Government has released a MANDATORY regulation posting called the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).
The Families First Coronavirus Response Act Notice (FFCRA Notice) communicates updated paid sick, family, and medical leave for employees affected by COVID-19.
This is detailed by the H.R.6201 and referred to as the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA or Act).
The notice addresses:
- Employer Paid Leave Provisions
- Eligible Employees
- Qualifying Reasons for Leave Related to COVID-19
- Enforcement
Every business with 500 or fewer employees across all 50 states are required by federal law to post this notice at each office location.
