Pumpkin Decorating Contest
Monday, October 11 - Monday, October 25

Celebrate the fall season and show off your creative skills in our pumpkin decorating contest. Bookish decorations are encouraged! Pick up a pumpkin at the front desk while supplies last. Call 540-942-6746 to register with your own pumpkin. Carve or decorate it, take a picture, and submit it to: Librarian@ci.waynesboro.va.us (or message us on Facebook) by Monday, October 25. Three winners will receive a LEGO prize. Limit one pumpkin per family.
Trick or Treat at the Library
Saturday, October 30
4:00 - 5:30 PM

It’s Trick or Treat at the library! Come by the library Saturday, October 30, 4:00-5:30 PM for a free candy bag and a photo at our spooky selfie station. We’ll have a table outside by the flag pole (in case of rain, call 540-942-6746 and we’ll hand the candy off to you curbside). Costumes encouraged! While supplies last.
Kids & Adult Craft Bags
Craft bags are back! Beginning Monday, October 4, we'll have a new children's craft and a new adult craft available each week. Stop in and request a bag at the front desk, and don’t forget to share your finished crafts with us on Facebook or Instagram. While supplies last.
