The 2020 Census is Here: Make Sure You are Counted!
|
The United States Constitution requires a count (or "census") of all residents every 10 years. This count affects representation in Congress, how much federal funding our state and city receives, and resources for job creation, housing, and more. You should respond to the census regardless of your immigration status, housing insecurity, age, race, or ability.
You can complete the very brief survey by following the instructions on the postcard or letter you've received in the mail or visit the 2020 Census website for further information.
