It happens… it’s just one of those things.
You see them at the grocery store. They sit there all bold and yellow, a beautiful bunch. You take them home and gently place them on your counter with the full intention of enjoying them before “it” happens.
Then, quick as a flash, the brown spots begin to appear. The soft mush sets in and no one in the house is going to touch them with a ten-foot pole, let alone eat them.
What now? Banana bread muffins, silly!
